Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This policy explains what data Hyprintent collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information. Because Hyprintent operates a custodial tweet-triggered launch and fee-distribution service, operating it necessarily involves processing the association between your X handle and your wallet, the content of the commands you tweet, and on-chain addresses and transaction data.

01 — Scope & Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the Hyprintent website at hyprintent.xyz and to all services provided under the Hyprintent brand, including the @hyprintent X integration and the custodial tweet-triggered launch and fee-distribution flow (collectively, the "Service"). The operator of the Service is referred to as "Hyprintent", "we", "us", or "our".

By using the Service, you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

02 — Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service. Specifically:

Account & Wallet Data

  • Your EVM wallet address (provided by Privy at connection time).
  • Your X (Twitter) handle and numeric user ID (provided when you link your X account to the Service).
  • The association ("binding") between your X handle and your wallet address. Maintaining this binding is essential to the Service: it determines from which wallet funds are pulled and to which wallet launched tokens and revenue-share distributions are sent.
  • Proof-of-ownership data: a cryptographic nonce or OAuth token used to verify the binding between your X handle and your wallet.

Command & Activity Logs

  • The text of the X mentions or terminal commands you submit to the Service (for example, @hyprintent launch $TICK buy $AMOUNT), together with parsed command data (action type, ticker, token address, USDC amounts).
  • Records of the custodial launch lifecycle: the USDC amount pulled from your wallet, the address of the token deployed from Hyprintent's bot wallet, the transfer of launched tokens to your wallet, accrued creator-fee amounts, milestone tracking, and revenue-share and buy-and-burn distributions attributable to your launches.
  • Transaction hashes of on-chain actions submitted by Hyprintent (seed pull, token creation, token transfer, buy-and-burn) and of distributions to your wallet.
  • Execution outcomes: success, failure, revert reason, and refund or retry status.
  • Spend-cap settings you configure in the terminal.

Technical & Infrastructure Data

  • IP addresses and request metadata collected at the network edge by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention (processed by Cloudflare; we retain aggregated metrics only).
  • Browser type, operating system, and referring URL, collected via standard web server logs; retained for a limited period (typically 30 days) and used only for debugging and security review.
  • Error logs generated by server-side components, containing request identifiers but not personal content beyond wallet address.

Data We Do Not Collect

  • The private key or seed phrase of your connected wallet. Wallet key management is handled by Privy; the Service moves your funds through a scoped, capped delegated signer and does not receive your wallet's secret material.
  • Your email address (unless you voluntarily contact us).
  • Payment card or bank account information of any kind.
  • Real name, physical address, government ID, or other KYC/AML data.

Not collecting your wallet's secret material does not mean the Service is non-custodial. Hyprintent takes temporary custody of the USDC it pulls and of the pooled creator fees it collects; see the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

03 — On-Chain Data

The custodial launch flow records data on the HyperEVM blockchain. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and immutable. This includes:

  • Your wallet address as the source of the USDC seed pull and as the recipient of the launched tokens and revenue-share distributions.
  • Hyprintent's bot wallet address as the on-chain creator of the token and as the counterparty that pulls, holds, and distributes funds.
  • Transaction amounts, token addresses, and timestamps.
  • On-chain events emitted by alt.fun's contracts, including creator fees and the buy-and-burn transactions.

Because both your wallet and Hyprintent's bot wallet appear in these transactions, the public ledger may allow observers to link your wallet address to your launch activity and, where it can be correlated with your X handle, to your X identity.

Hyprintent cannot delete, modify, or suppress data that has been written to the blockchain. Requests for deletion of on-chain data cannot be fulfilled as a matter of technical impossibility. If you have privacy concerns about on-chain activity, you should consider this carefully before connecting a wallet or executing any transaction.

04 — How We Use Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service operation: binding X handles to wallet addresses, parsing commands, pulling the USDC you specify, deploying tokens from the bot wallet, transferring launched tokens to your wallet, tracking creator-fee accrual and milestones, and computing and paying the 20% launcher revenue share and the 10% buy-and-burn, all subject to your spend caps.
  • Security and abuse prevention: detecting and blocking unauthorized access, replay attacks, and prohibited conduct as defined in the Terms of Service.
  • Debugging and improvement: diagnosing errors, monitoring service health, and improving intent parsing accuracy.
  • Legal compliance: retaining records to the extent required by applicable law, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data-brokerage purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

05 — Third-Party Processors

We use a limited set of sub-processors to operate the Service. Each processor is bound by appropriate data processing terms:

ProcessorPurposeData shared

We do not disclose your data to any other third party except: (a) as required by law; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hyprintent or its users; or (c) with your explicit consent.

06 — Cookies & Local Storage

The Service uses a minimal set of cookies and browser local storage. For full details, see our Cookie Policy. In summary:

  • Privy stores authentication session data in local storage and cookies to maintain your wallet connection.
  • Theme and UI preferences are stored in local storage and never sent to our servers.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie for bot-protection verification.
  • We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. No analytics trackers with cross-site tracking are present.

07 — Retention

We retain your off-chain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

  • Account data (wallet address, X handle binding): retained until you unlink your account via the terminal, or until we terminate access, plus a short period for security audit purposes.
  • Activity logs (parsed intents, transaction hashes): retained for up to 12 months for debugging and security review, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Infrastructure logs (IP addresses, request metadata): retained for up to 30 days, then purged.

On-chain data cannot be deleted, as noted in section 03.

08 — Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data. To the extent we can technically fulfill them for off-chain data:

  • Access: you may request a summary of the off-chain data we hold about your wallet address and X handle.
  • Deletion: you may request deletion of your account data by unlinking via the terminal and contacting us. We will delete off-chain records within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Correction: if you believe we hold inaccurate data about you, please contact us and we will investigate.
  • Portability: where feasible, we can provide your activity log data in a machine-readable format on request.

As noted in section 03, we cannot delete or modify data recorded on the public blockchain.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in section 13.

09 — Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including:

  • Row-level security on the database, restricting data access to authorized service accounts only.
  • TLS encryption in transit for all communications between clients, servers, and processors.
  • Minimal data collection — we do not hold your wallet's private key, your seed phrase, or payment-card data.
  • Controls intended to protect the custodial bot wallet and the pooled fee balance, including scoped delegated-signer permissions and per-trade and per-day spend caps. No such controls are absolute; see the Risk Disclosure.
  • Access controls and audit logging for infrastructure access.
  • Cloudflare bot protection and DDoS mitigation at the network edge.

No security measure is perfect. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@hyprintent.xyz.

10 — Children

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect data from, individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11 — International Transfers

Data collected by the Service may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to our processors as described in section 05.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards) when transferring personal data internationally.

12 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via @hyprintent on X where practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

13 — Contact

For privacy inquiries, data access or deletion requests, or security disclosures, contact us at: security@hyprintent.xyz or via @hyprintent on X.
